Cinamaker H.264 Encoder Setup and Operate Instructions
Your H.264 Encoder connects HDMI-enabled IP cameras and digital devices to Cinamaker and comes pre-configured for easy plug-and-play.
Cinamaker encoders are pre-configured for plug-and-play simplicity.
What you will need:
Cinamaker Director App or Meeting Director App
H.264 Digital Encoder
Digital Camera or device with HDMI output
A network router/switch with ethernet ports that shares the same strong WiFi network as each of your Cinamaker Director and Cinamaker Capture devices.
An HDMI cable configured to your camera and network router/switch
An ethernet cable
Step 1: Connect your H.264 encoder to power.
Step 2: Connect your digital camera or device to your H.264 encoder via HDMI cable.
Step 3: Connect your H.264 encoder via ethernet LAN port to a network router/switch that shares the same strong WiFi network as each of your Cinamaker Director and Cinamaker Capture devices.
Unlike iOS cameras/devices, digital cameras/encoders require being set to the On-position in order for the camera to appear in your Preview Monitors.
From within the Cinamaker Director app, open the Camera Browser
Step 5: Your digital camera/device will appear as an “IP Camera”.
Use the toggle switch to turn the digital camera/encoder On.
Step 6: Select the Back option and return to the live preview screen where you will find your iP Camera in one of the open camera slots.
