I haven't discovered a way to monitor the audio stream from the iPad while livestreaming. If it is not a function currently available, please add it. Being able to confirm that the audience is hearing the stream, would be reassuring.

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your question.

This is by design. Monitoring your audio requires earphones as if the audio played through the speakers in many cases will cause feedback into nearby microphones.

Further to my comment above... when earphones are plugged in... I am hearing audio... but no sound without earphones i.e. from the iPad speakers.
